Now that's being creative. First forklift I've seen on a golf cart. Easier to use the batteries than your back! Oh,, I shouldn't,,,,, those three blocks on the forks would be pretty much a full load for a F150?,,,

The first pic seems to show the frame or box bent and looks like the rear wheels are no longer "perpendicular".
