I checked your clone throttle post you bumped.
It looks like the simplest throttle I’ve seen with the least amount of modifications.
Do you remember what parts you used...
Looks like a different throttle arm then the one that comes with 625cc.
Also looks like you added something to the Arm ?????
Kind of tough to see...

Yes I added a piece of steel to the throttle/governor arm. Tried several different positions on both sides of the new arm until I had the right throw. You can click on the picture and enlarge it a couple of times. You can see how I bolted on a bracket towards the bottom of the pic.

A further note here is that the stock G14 cable runs directly from the gas pedal to this modified throttle arm. I wanted to keep stock cable in case it had to be replaced, no mods would be needed for the cable itself.

P.S. Shepard, Your work of art oil sender plug is installed in crankcase as shown, but not wired in as yet. So much to do, so little time. Also seen is the Fumato drain valve and the extended S/G bracket allowing easy access to my magnetic dip stick. As someone had asked earlier the bracket's origin is the original carb bracket off the G14 mangled ? by Ray

Mine works great, the digital gauge readout is perfect.
