The plexiglass or lexan is rattling alot and is super annoying

How is it mounted? An easy/cheap fix could be to just buy some rubber o-rings and put them on the mounting screws/bolts between the lexan and frame. Kind of to act like little rubber isolators between the plastic windshield and metal frame.

I had to remove the windshield from the frame

I lined the entire frame with 3M tape and it's solid and quiet now

They cut major corners and only used 4 plastic push pin bolts and dabs of clear silicon

Iíve drilled more holes and added extra push pins in mine in the past. Usually helps
