Yes absolutely, if you can reduce the final voltage set point on the charger to something that gives around 80% SOC, that will give plenty of headroom.

Could also put the charger on a timer outlet if you figure out how long it takes for your desired soc.

One side is B+ (after the main contactor) the other side is the controller providing a ground. The thermal switch is in series with the main contactor coil, so when the resistor overheats it drops out the contactor. 48v fan would be simplest to wire in.

What do you have for 'user overvoltage'? In the battery menu.
And did you wire the charger to go through the factory charge port? I.e. charger interlock not bypassed.

There is no option for user over voltage for some reason I searched high and low. I am able to see it on my other rxv curtis but not this one for some reason. And yes charge port wired your way and it is confirmed working according to handheld

Maybe it's access level is above your handset. Save a CPF and open it on the PC, or share it here and I'll check.

That's good you wired it that way, so the resistor won't mistakenly turn on while charging.

Can this be solved by installed a 600a navitas?
I don't know how to upload that file for you to see

Should be able to solve with the stock controller, let's check your CPF file to confirm. Save the CPF to the handset, then plug into the PC to copy it. You can upload it to file.io or Dropbox and share a link.
