Default Auto-braking

I have just bought an electric ClubCar Precendent. Whenever I go downhill at a fast speed, the cart automatically slows me down. Is there a way to disable this feature?

My club car dealer just removed that feature out of my controller this week.

Yes, an aftermarket motor such as a PlumQuick or a high speed magnet. There is nothing the dealer can do for you as far as OEM stuff goes. The speed programmer can adjust it to where it won't slow you down until it reaches a higher speed, but as far as eliminating it completely, the dealer can't help you. The motor braking takes effect at a different speed according to whichever speed setting you are set on. Speed setting 4 is 19.6MPH. If you want to go faster than that I'd recommend that you call PlumQuick.
