Re: Ridingin West Va.
I have been there several times when I rode 4 wheelers. Its the greatest place ever, some trails would be too rough for a cart but they have a lot that would be fine.
05 was the last time up there, I bet its even better now. I think they had around 800 or 900 miles of trails then with I think 5 trail heads. Hope this helps some. LURCH!!!!!!!!! |

Re: Ridingin West Va.
Hey Andy, I have been looking into a trip to Hatfield McCoy Trails for next summer. I have heard nothing but good things about the trail system there. Today I learned about another trail system in Kentucky that was recommended by some guys that live in the area. Check out HarlanCountyTrails.com and let me know what you think. My wife and I might try to plan our summer vacation around a few days at the Harlan County Trails (Black Mountain) next year. Lots of activities there in addition to the trail system. It's a long drive for us, but we are planning a trip to Gatlinburg, TN next summer and will be close to the area.

Re: Ridingin West Va.
I have riddin the Harlan County Trails one time. They were not maped out back then lets say 05 but they sent a guide to help us out. They are a good ride in ky but don't compare to the Hatfield & McCoys were you can ride all day at each trail head.
This is just my opinion from riding at both places. LURCH!!!!! |

Bryan, Lurch
This is good info though, I would like to have a area here so people can find places to ride when they go on vacation and try to see if there is a location that is good for everyone to have one big ride next year. |

Re: Ridingin West Va.
Looks like the Harlan trails are about an hour and a half east from London
That'll drop one day of driving for me |
