![]() Hi i was wondering what clutches will fit on a yamaha g1 golf cart? i dont want to spend the 2 or 3 hundred bucks buying the stock clutch for the cart so i was wondering what other clutches will fit the cart because the clutch is in a small area. thanks like what other snowmobile/fourwheeler clutch

![]() Hi whitesoxklyle, you have to stay with the stock secondary clutch if you want to retain reverse drive due to the double helix cut in the spring seat.

![]() Any yamaha clutch except the really new ones will fit the primary on the engine, but the secondary on the trans is special to the G1. Others might fit but you will have no reverse not sure if it would damage them. Otherwise search for used parts people do part them out and there are lots of them around.

![]() no my golf cart dosnt have reverse because it has a snowmobile motor in in. so it dosnt matter what clutch it is i was just wondering what ones are small enough to fit in the small area its in.
