That is an old resistor coil Western. It is built on an Ezgo marathon chassis. What do I win?

Re: Who made this beast? Can you identify it?
Thanks Scottyb. I did a thorough search of this site and many others and found no similar photos anywhere before I posted this question. I had a hunch it might be a Western so I even looked through Western posts back to 2008 and the only similar cart I found was on this post http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...kind-cart.html with no answer to what it was. I really do appreciate you not being a smarta$$ about answering a question that may or may not have been answered more than 2 years ago.
He is asking $700, think it's worth it? Maybe I can talk him down a few hundred. Thanks again Scotty |

Re: Who made this beast? Can you identify it?
In my opinion the beauty of this cart is in the eye of the beholder and in it's general condition. It is a slow and heavy cart. Not meant for the hills. Batteries should be 2-3yrs old to make it worth that much and it should stop relatively well..... Personally, It is worth as much as the batteries & tires combined

Re: Who made this beast? Can you identify it?
I was thinking of trying to pick it up for $300 or so if the batteries are bad and making it look as close as possible to a Delorean. If you squint, you can almost see it. Maybe even a full conversion to a custom gas setup.

You're gonna need a flux capacitor for that conversion!
