Thank you! Great responses that even I can understand. Guess I will leave the regen connected.
Just one question for future reference: If one disconnects the speed sensor at the plug, does that actually disconnects the regen or will that cause the total shutdown of the golf cart? Or, would one need to remove the speed sensor entirely? I had read somewhere that if the speed sensor malfunctions, it can cause the golf cart speed to stutter(?) or lurch. Is that correct or misinformation? |

You need the speed sensor for the cart to run properly.
