Default Would like to add brake lights without wiring kit to '12 Prec.

I'm looking at a '12 Precedent that has no brake light wiring provision under the floor... the only wires there are for the MCOR. There are no cut wires, or any loose wires there that I've normally seen for the addition of brake lights.

My question - is there a simple way to add brake lights by using a compression pad? I don't want to buy a wiring harness...

Thank you!
