Default Headlight harness gone dead

I installed the MADJAX-Ultimate Plus Light Kit for Club Car® Tempo about 6 months ago. Has been working fine. Went dead all of sudden. Checked the fuses and all are good. What else can it be? Thanks!

Check to see if you have 12v. Your 48-12v converter may have gone bad.

Also look for a blown fuse.

He stated he checked the fuses. If you have 12v coming out of your reducer and going to the headlights you likely have a open somewhere on your -12V.

Converter is good, I have power to my other 12 volt accessories.

It could be the light switch. I've gone through 2 or 3 of them.

That;s what I am thinking. Did you have a Madjax light kit?

Jumper the two wires on the light switch together. That will tell you if you have a bad light switch.

My switch is not a 2 pole switch, it is an on-the-column multi-switch, headlights/turn signals/horn for the madjax ultimate light kit. see pics. Not sure which wires to jump? there are two plug connectors, the one on the left are the input wires and the right are the output wires/ I think?

I would bet your flasher/light control module got wet.
It will be a little black box tucked under the dash somewhere.
If that is the problem, you will need to contact a MadJax dealer for a replacement.
Have you washed it recently?
