Enpower MC3526 software

I am looking for the software to reprogram my Enpower MC3526 controller. When I bought my EV I didn't know that the wrong motor and rear axle had been fitted. The spec is for a 4kW motor and matched axle but a 3.5kW motor had been fitted with a higher ratio axle.

This means that the speedo and rev counter shows 1.5 times higher than the road speed. I can't get the correct axle but I have the 4.2kW motor. I want to take off the top speed limitation which is really holding the machine back, as the motor stops pushing at about 3500 rpm. I believe I can recalibrate the speedo and rev counter at the same time.

The higher ratio axle is fine for me as we have a few hills and mountains here in Georgia. Does anyone have the software for the MC 3526/27/28 series?
