Default Paint stripper on fiberglass

I posted this in the restoration sub, hoping I can get more people to see it here and maybe some more ideas.

I'm looking for a paint stripper that's safe to use on fiberglass bodies. My cart looks like somebody painted a couple coats of latex on with a roller. I'd like to get a good portion of this off while the body is still on. Anyone have any recommendations? Cart is shown in the thread linked below.
