Default 2021 Yamaha Drive 2 3" lift

I am looking at installing a lift on my 2021 Yamaha Drive 2 but have a couple questions about it. I will be using the cart both on road and off-road I currently have the 20.5" tires on it but want to know if i can fit at least 22" tires. Also can you keep the rear skid plate/ rock guard with the 3" lift
