2016 Club Car Precedent power issue
Have 3 year old batteries, getting 8.1-7.8 after charge and running for a short while. While driving petal in same position seems to cycle or pulse between speeds. Up and down 4 MPH. I have a volt meter shows power under load dropping (varying with speed drop) from 49-43 volts with pedal in same position on straight flat surface. So to be clear power and speed drop at same time. Tried removing speed magnet and replacing stock magnet. Even tried replacing speed sensor. These are the only mods to the cart thus far. Want to put a new motor in but need to fix this varying speed issue first, any thoughts?

Re: 2016 Club Car Precedent power issue
Sounds like you have a battery/possibly mcor issue. Your batteries appear to be dead after a "short drive" and the pulsating throttle can be caused from low battery voltage or a bad mcor.

Going to test each cell with a hydrometer, where is and how do I test MCOR?
