I just had a MUCH different experience with Textron Customer Support.

I took ownership of a 2022 Elite from a family member. I gave customer support the VIN/serial and they refused to offer any support because I am not the person who registered it and it is now considered a "used" cart. As well, the 8yr warranty is no longer valid. She advised I contact my dealer.
Sooooooo...

The issue I have is when the accelerator pedal is fully depressed; it you push harder, you get another millimeter of travel and more acceleration. I was seeking support on how to adjsut the pedal's travel.

The RXV uses a pot sensor I don’t think there is an adjustment. You can pull up the floor panel and look.

You can adjust the throttle max voltage setting with a handset. Bring it down until you see 100% throttle with the pedal fully pressed.

You might be able to find a dealership that will make the adjustment for you. Just offer to pay them shop rate for the work. Should take all of 5 minutes :D
