Lower rod bearing feels good. Upper rod (wrist pin) is….eh..ok. Flywheel side bearing looks good. Cylinder wall and piston look good. So I guess I’ll replace the lower bearings once again and hope for the best.

I’ll probably slop an excess of two stroke oil all over the bearing for start up. Or would assembly lube be better?

i usually use assembly lube like Lubriplate on those bearings

do you think the cylinder and piston are ok? can you tell if its standard or oversize.

Im in Venice Fl and may have some spare parts if you need something

Thanks. So far I believe the piston and cylinder are ok, and I assume them to be standard. I’ll definitely keep you in mind if it al goes south..

Ive got aftermarket cylinder and head gaskets along with the exhaust gasket. i do not have the intake gasket. Ive got a few after market over size piston kits but id have to check if i still have anything standard size.

the crank bearings with seals where around $50 bucks or so last i checked on ebay. I used them a few times they seem to be decent parts. We can probably get you back together on the cheap. let me know

Ms Daisy is going back together, I'll be damed if I can figure out where this little rubber piece mounts on the cylinder. I missed it in my pre teardown pics.
