Vangaurd 23hp belt casing
Does anyone know of a casing to go around a belt to waterproof the belt for the Vangaurd engine

i wonder if there is a way to make a shroud from a polaris atv fit on there?? might be worth looking into!!

Well if you tried to rig something off of another vehicle, you would have to make sure its TOTALLY WATERTIGHT or it would accually fill with water and make it worse...

yeah it would be a pain in the a#^ keeping the water out!! how to make a seal around the sec clutch?? that would be difficult..
but ive seen no other available options yet |

I am trying to find the site. someone on one of the Big block thread had a site I wish I could find it again but right there on the home page it showed a vtwin and had a caseing around it. dont know if it was water tight or not, thats why I brought the question up. I need to find that web page again.

I don't think you need to be water tight as much as keep the first splash of water off the belt.
Unless you are going to be idling through standing water. Try contacting Bush Hog- they use a honda 24hp motor with a belt guard around their motor. |

I cant find the part number on bush hogs website. for the 99% of us two wheel drive golf carts with big blocks I would think we could order the belt guard housing off a Bush Hog TH 440. We might be a little off on the rear distance.
