No, it's amplifier cable.
Actually it would work but it is not heat and acid resistant. Most people use welding cable. I buy my 4ga locally for less than $1/ft and I would guess if you want 2ga it shouldn't be much more than $1.35-$1.50/ft. 2/0 is the size cable they use for wiring houses. I don't even want to think of how you would install cable ends on it to hook it from battery to battery........
