Need a voltage reducer for my 48v cc ds.

I am in major need of a voltage reducer for my headlights. All of the ones that I have seen on the internet are ones that hook up to just two batteries and reduce 16v to 12v. I am wanting one that will reduce all 48v to 12v (so it uses the entire battery pack). If anyone knows where I can pick one up, please let me know! Thanks.

All I will ever need is one that will run my two headlights... do you think I can find one cheaper that is just a 10 amp? Thanks.
