Thanks for the Reply. I"ll get a replacement and see what happens. I think my controller only asks the charger if it's plugged in or not and the answer even without that box is no, it's not plugged in. So therefore I can't see how that would stop the motor from spinning? Plus I have strong voltage in my batteries at 50.8 volts. Can't see how that grey wire would effect it.

I saw some people just placed a resistor across those 2 wires. Is that an option as opposed to buying a new black box? Much appreciated. Bob you need a tip Jar for your knowledge!

A 10K resistor connected to those 2 wires will trick the battery temperature sense circuit into passing the test, if the rest of that circuit is not damaged.
