Sure, you can go straight to positive. The factory does that to cut down on the amount of wire I believe...

Also, I have the same steering box as you and cant find parts at all for it. Good job getting it together without a problem!

Body work done!
Charger all hooked up and working.
Custom seats in production. Should have them in the next week or two.

Thread repair file worked like a charm for repairing the damage I did to the steering column!

New steering wheel installed.

Just waiting on new seats now.
There is a lot of play in the steering. Is there any way to tighten that up?

Bed lined the dash and steering column today. Also wired up some LED headlights and tail lights. Oh and the seats will be back from the upholstery shop on Tuesday. Coming along nicely and she's looking great! To me at least!

Have used those particular red lights before as taillights on carts for folks wanting lights. I love 'em!

Thanks! Yeah that Rustoleum's bed liner is the bomb! Turning out better than I had envisioned. Weird thing that I didn't expect is that when it's out in the sunlight it almost looks a black paint with flake in it. It has a sparkle or glimmer to it. Very nice.
