The only time the reverse alarm doesn't sound. (when I am in reverse that is) is when I forget to flip the tow/run switch. Check your tow/run switch.

Is it possible that the Tow/Run switch is faulty?

I have +48v coming from the Blue that comes from the right (hot) side of the solenoid. Out from there I go into a fuse and into the sonic weld with the Gray, Red and Green that goes to the key.

When its off. I have nothing. When I turn it on, I get my voltage, when I turn the key on, my lights work and all of the pins in the controller connector light up.

I think its OK. Would be interested in any thoughts at all. Thanks..

I bypass the solenoid by running a ground from Batt4 negative to solenoid tab left side.

When I turn the key, the solenoid clicks as it should.

The solenoid should not click when the key is turned on, only when you press the pedal

Hey guys please read the entire thread, in the IQ system the solenoid will activate with the key on if you by-pass the negative side. The pedal switch has no direct connection to the solenoid, you are thinking of a series cart.
