You set a goal of what the cart will be when finished, draw up a plan first, measure twice, cut, weld.
Soooo I take it you have no actual plan or build sheet you are working from?
What is your actual fab experience? welding?
Not being critical but most taking on the degree of a modification would have a basic knowledge of what they will need to do.
At least it's not an electric to gas conversion.
