Default Phoenix Reborn, and Lithium charger question

Hi guys, just wanted to let you know that I did not die, nor fall off the face of the planet, and did not abandon my rebuild! Just in case anyone cares. I have been crazy busy and travelling for 5 of the past 7 weeks, with vacation and lots of of travel baseball tournaments with my son. I haven't touched the cart in 8 weeks, but finally procured the lithium cells to build a battery pack for the cart. I'll cover more details in the rebuild thread as I progress, but am under an NDA for the actual cells I am using, so I will have to be somewhat obtuse on some of the details. I'll post as much info as I can, and I will be gathering data on a regular basis as part of the Proof Of Concept under which these are being used. The cells I could lay hands on are only 40AH, so I have 42 of them to assemble. They will be 14s3p, to create a 120 AH system with a Max of 56v, nominal 48v, and Min of 44v.

I need to get a charger, and was wondering if anyone knew if I reached out directly to Delta-Q, if they would load for me a profile for my cells. I need something like:

CC/CV profile
Max voltage setpoint is 56.0Vdc +/- 0.5% (55.72 - 56.2
Low voltage disconnect (if used) 45 Vdc ± 1%
NO TCV (Temperature Compensated Voltage)
Recharge Set Point should be 50v minimum
12A nominal current
32A maximum current

When the AC powers ON, output voltage/current should ramp up to single level voltage over at least 1 minute.

Is Delta-Q my best option, or are there other avenues out there for ensuring I get a reliable, properly programmed charger?

I'm looking forward to getting back to work and finishing this cart!

Non disclosure agreement, they must be some really super duper cells!

I started with a 25a charger from "Quick Charge" but there 45# transformer type charger only put out about 9a and the guys at Quick Charge said that sounded like it was working properly so I sent that back and ordered one from EV Battery Center.com (they separated the batteries from Hybrid Auto Center in Vegas), It is an 18a model that is not listed on there web site yet, it only weighs 8.5# and puts out a solid 17a plus. Mine came set with a 58.5v cutoff.

So I ended up ordering a KP720FS 48V 12A charger set to my specifications directly from Kingpan, via alibaba. $203 + $52 express shipping. It will take a couple of weeks to get here. I had them program it to my specifications. I ended up getting one with an IP67 waterproof rating so I can mount it onboard, allowing me to charge wherever I may be, since I am hoping to be able to drive this 7 miles into town, over a very tall bridge.

https://www.alibaba.com/product-deta...308.0.0.iMG1BU.

Since more than a few BGW posters mentioned concerns with vibration, I'm thinking that I 'll find a way to mount it on some inexpensive vibration isolation mounts to help with longevity.
