Mud Guard Rubbing
Put some mud guards on the CC. Tires are also newer with 8" tread. When going over hilly terrain, the wheels rub on the mud guards when the cart tilts. All is ok when on level ground. Worse with passengers.
Which fix would you recommend? 1. Install a lift kit 2. Install new shocks (original '96 shocks currently on cart) 3. Get thinner tires What are your thoughts for the best and cheapest solution? Thanks |

Re: Mud Guard Rubbing
If it’s just the rear you can use some bar stock and make slightly longer shackles. 2” longer than stock will give you about 1” lift. I’ve done this in the past on carts I didn’t want to “lift” and did a great job storing the rubbing.
