The only difference between yours and mine (the one Bob provided here) is that the ESN is completely missing from yours. That is the last 3 words of the serial # which supposedly specifies the access level in the hardware itself.

I have a curtis 1205 controller I am putting in a cart that originally had the 1206 series controller in it. It has the ITS throttle and I have programmed the 1205 throttle setting to "6" which is for ITS. The cart works great until the throttle percentage reaches 50% once it reaches 50% the controller monitor shows the Duty Cycle suddenly reduces to 12% like it is going into limp mode. The throttle percentage will gradually increase until it reaches WOT and shows 100 percent on the monitor as if it is working correctly.
The diagnostic page will show a quick flash of "throttle fault" when the pedal is released.

Any idea what would be causing this issue?

Thanks!

I think I figured out my own problem. The wiring for the original controller had b+ to the f/r switch and m- to A1. Bc the 1205 has plug braking this wouldn’t work correctly. The m- needs to go the f/r switch and b+ to A1. Once I changed this the plug braking stopped engaging when I would get over 50% throttle. Not exactly sure why it was doing this, but it did solve my problem when I made the switch.
