Try Northern Tool or your local Tractor supply store.
Check with Rifter, he might have one or had one already assembled to a degree for sale.

The gokart supply places all have 1" axles you can use, or you can buy 1" shaft with the keyway from most steel suppliers or maybe McMasters and so on. At a previous job we bought 1 3/8" keyed shaft all the time and cut it to what we wanted. Used bearings with the cam lock on them, an eccentric ring on the side. They worked great. In fact we might have got it from a local bearing supplier.

Try Tractor-Supply,Grainger,Johnstone Supply.Any one of these or other local suppliers will have shafts and pillow-block bearings.McMaster and Northern if you want to mail-order.I would probably go with 1" or 1-1/4".The longer the shaft is,the bigger you want it due to torq-flex.If it is ex:12" long,1" will work fine, over 14" i would go bigger.Hope this helps.
