Default Power to frame Troubleshooting

I've got a Titan Scout E4 which is a 72v electric utv.

recently had the motor professionally rewound/rebuilt

I've got 72v to the frame with no apparent wiring frayed. What do you suggest i do to troubleshoot?

Default Re: Power to frame Troubleshooting

You need to make sure that the batteries are clean and your not getting bleed off into the frame. You then need to disconnect motor wires and see if the voltage is still in the frame. If so, problem is in the motor.
