Extractor,
You are just fine, No problem with tint. Believe me. They are concerned with AS5. That is what they want to see. OB |

Re: Anyone get their cart Florida Street Legal?
Are you guys dribbleing this info out on purpose or are these little tidbits just coming to mind. LOL. First nobody mentioned a 1 piece windshield, and I can count the number of clear windshields I have sold in 8 years on one hand so clear is not the norm for Georgia or Florida. Manufacture says tint is fine in California and has not heard any different from any Florida dealers?? Tint is fine here in Georgia also. I will give manufacture a call in the morning and see if there has been any update since I talked to them last week. Now if anybody has any other VERIFIED specifications please let me know.

Re: Anyone get their cart Florida Street Legal?
I'll go with the tint but the reason I brought it up was a buddy of mine got a ticket because the cop said he had his front windshield tinted (it was)... now this was a car and not a golf cart but why would the rule be any different was my thinking?

I'm going for it as well with the tinted, folded windshield and hopefully we'll get a good Inspector that gives us flying colors! |
