Can someone give me step by step to remove the governor and the rev limiter

Stickies at the top of this section will tell how to deal with these things. The rev limiter can be disconnected at the black external ground wire. Rev limiter is a black box located on the bottom front (forward facing) of the engine. Caution: A tach is neccessary to avoid damage to engine from over reving. |
