FS: TXT Windshield or will trade even up for a Marathon Windshield

I purchased a TXT windshield complete with mounting hardware used that I would rate a 6 out of 10 from a local cart scrap yard hoping i would modify it to fit my Marathon however it isnt going to happen... Id like to sell this one outright for $40 plus $15 for shipping or trade even up (we pay our own outgoing shipping) for a Marathon complete windshield.... Its not totally clear but some plexi-polish I'm sure would fix that.... Its tough to get a pic of it with my cell phone but hopefully you can see the background thru it as a visual reference.... The windshield is there along with a piece of new channel to be cut to use.

Can you get a better pic of the glass itself? I may be interested but dont really want to mess to much with trying to get glass clear again.

CR, you can use a product called Plexus to revive the windshield. That stuff is amazing, the more you use it the better it looks.

im just wondering if I could get it clean enough to put tint on it

Plexus surely would do the trick... I will take a pic tomorrow after work when my digital camera battery is charged... the cell phone just doesnt quite cut it. Im rating it a 6 out of 10 for clarity but in all honesty its probably better then that... if i wouldnt put it on my cart i would sell it to anyone else is the attitude i use.

Here is a better pic... I laid a sales flier on the ground under it so you can see the clarity of the screen a bit better... Like I said, its clearer then I say.... Id much have the purchaser be surprised rather then let down.

the peice of channel is to replace the mounting channel that is missing on the one side correct?

that is correct... it gets cut in half and one piece used for the opposite side and one used on the bottom...
