Exclamation 2012 CC IQ excel precedent half speed

Batteries are fully charged. I replaced speed sensor with new one from amazon. Has green wire not blue. It also came with a new magnet. I also replaced M-COR.
The cart will only go half speed. Also after reading lots of forums you should hear a beep of pushed forwards or backwards. I don’t not get a beep or any resistance. Solenoid is clicking fine. All terminals on batteries solenoid and controller taken off and cleaned with sandpaper. Fuses are good in lines. I am stumped. Someone please give me some guidance. I appreciate all your time and efforts. thanks

The Amazon speed sensors are garbage. That's why they're only about 20% of the price of a good factory one. It's a well-known issue. If it's failing the speed sensor test, put a factory sensor on it and it'll work.
