Default battery charger

I have a Textron battery charger that has no output charging and I have no voltage at the capacitor can someone help I think it might be transformer

Going to need more info. ie. is it a Powerwise by Textron or a Total Charge I,II,III etc. If you can not find that post a photo.

whats yoiur battery pack voltage?.....charger won,t kick on till you have 26 or so volts................................

I have 36.7 volts and the charger is humming and the relay on the circuit board is working but no output

could be a bad relay or the board its mounted on.........................................

Is the transformer humming but not putting out? Maybe its a diode failure.

check your diodes, if they are good than replace/swap your board with a neighbors board and go from there.
