1995 gas Club cart Won't start
Ok, new here! Bought used gas club cart and working on getting it running. I have replaced all of the micro switches, selonoid, voltage regulator, relay, and ignition switch ( which was missing when I got it). If I place screw driver across poles on selonoid it turns over. When step on the gas pedal nothing! Can someone help with next step? Just trying to get the ignition portion working and will move on to engine running after this! I went over wiring diagram in detail everything looks good. Thanks in advance!

Is the black box fuse ok ? Which micro's did you replace ? Any and all information will help to diagnose your problem.

I replaced all the micro switches! The two at the shifter, the one in the back electrical box, the two on the brake pedal! Yes the fuses are all good! When gas pedal is depressed nothing clicks at all! Thanks guys

Will it crank in neutral, just trying to eliminate maintenance mode being the problem.

Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
remove the two small wires from the solenoid.
Use two jumper wires from the battery pos and neg and run to the two small posts the wires came off of, doesn't matter which wire goes where. Will it spin over? Also, there should be two micros in the black box, one to energize the soleniod when you push the pedal, and one to ground the ignition when you let off. But try the jumper test first. Can you post a picture of the black box inside. |

Re: 1995 gas Club cart Won't start
I will try your suggestion first thing in the morning, I am work 24 hr.
My black box only has one micro switch and a relay. My diagram also only shows one! I will post that as well. And I will post a pic as well, thank you! |
