Default new speed sensor, mcor.. still in limp mode! What next?

2009 48V Club Car Carryall DS 6v x 8 batteries. The cart is in limp mode, I've done my best to search through old posts. The batteries are fully charged and in good shape. Occasionally it will come back to full speed, but only if you depress the pedal slowly. If you accelerate too fast it will beep and slow down. I've done the speed sensor test(pushing it while in fwd) which it responded correctly. I went ahead and replaced the speed sensor/magnet anyways. No change. Replaced the mcor. No change. I'm frustrated and at a loss. What's the next step? Any advice appreciated.

Update:
I read somewhere it could be caused by terminals, so I took a drill and wire brush and cleaned every terminal. I can't tell that it helped.
Current situation:
Full power only if you depress pedal slowly. If you accelerate too fast, or at other random times during full speed, it beeps 3 times slows the vehicle to a stop and becomes unresponsive unit I reset the OBC.

What You described is a "High Speed Walkaway" error.

It is caused by either the Key switch or the FNR switch.

Disconnect and Jump the FNR Orange (middle) and Brown (FWD) wires together on the back of the FNR as this will force forward direction.

If the problem persists, make sure all wires are good on the back of the key switch.

Update:
Full acceleration causes it to stop and become unresponsive, but simply switching to tow and back to run turns it back on.

Check and see if the precharge resistor is getting hot.

I now have both the key switch jumped and the F/R jumped with the same results. I've looked up what the precharge resistor looks like, but I can't find the location. thanks for the help!

The precharge resistor is mounted between the 2 large posts on the solenoid

Are You sure You have to cycle the Tow/Run switch for it to work again?

It could also be a main dropout since the 2009 DS model still has a diode in line with the harness (it was not incorporated inside the Controller until the 2011 model).

You can test for the presence of the diode between the tow/run switch and Controller pin #9.

You need to disconnect the battery, unplug the 16-pin connector from the controller and unplug the 2-pin connector from the tow/run switch.

Place your meter in the "diode test" mode and check between the light-green wire at the Tow/Run switch and controller pin #9.

If you cannot detect a diode there, you will need a "main dropout harness" to be installed by the tow/run switch.

There is not a resistor between my solenoid posts. I remember seeing that on one of my previous carts, but this one has been removed or was never there. Thanks.
