Re: can I do a temp. fix
I have done all the changes and plug in the old charger and nothing. Should the meter on the charger do something?

Re: can I do a temp. fix
You should be running the 10G to the 6th battery, where it goes into the OBC, not the number 1

Re: can I do a temp. fix
I am sorry I did do it to #6 and I took the yellow wire off the small post of the Solenoid and added wire to it and took it also it also to the same neg. post. Now about the charger, I took it to my local shop he plug it in and said it was working.

Re: can I do a temp. fix
Then double check our directions on correctly bypassing the OBC, and then if all is correct, pull out the receptacle as you have a bad pin or a wire broken loose on the inside of it. This is after you verified the fuse is good.

Re: can I do a temp. fix
I did what this post said, All model years of the Series carts, the OBC provided the negative side for the Solenoid on the Yellow wire.
95-03 Series DS wiring Diagram You need to run the Yellow wire that is connected to the solenoid small post directly to Controller B- or pack negative. You need to run the black 10ga negative wire from the back of the charger receptacle directly to pack negative. |
