Sulfate Build-up Under Cart
Hi Folks, Newbie here.
I just bought a 2002 Electric Club Car DS, and looking underneath the cart I see a lot of white crystals built up on the metal parts under the batteries. I need to replace the batteries fairly soon, and I thought while the battery compartment is empty, that would be a good time to try to clean that mess up. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Thanks in advance, |

Baking soda and water first. Then wire brush and repaint.

We have had good luck using truck bed spray on or paint on liner. Very tough and holds up very well against battery acid.
