Default Dual Action Rear Springs

Which is the better way to go, dual action rear springs or club car single heavy duty rear springs?

Ive installed the new dual action springs. Work well if your looking for a soft ride, but extra support when loaded.

We do lots of builds with rear seats, dual action springs are the way to go unless you have other reasons to go the full heavy duty route. The dual actions do still give the ride quality of the stock springs but the extra weight capacity when needed. You don't feel like your dragging when you put, even good sized people, on the back set.

Will taking out the third leaf on my three leaf setup produce the same results?

OP, I don't believe I've heard of the dual action springs. Where are you checking them out at? May be what I need when my kids get a little bigger. Right now still running stock springs with a 1" longer shackle...

Just ordered some from Amazon,

Club Car Precedent Golf Cart Rear Leaf Spring Kit Dual Action Heavy Duty

Sold by Performance Plus Carts.

I believe they have them for the DS series as well.

To me, it's not about height, it's about a softer ride with strength enough for two riders in the back.

Yes that's what I will need eventually. Softer stock like ride that will support rear passengers when necessary. Not looking for any additional height. Pls post up a review after you've had time to use them please.

Yes, mine rides very good with the extra leaf removed. Left the overload spring in the pack for really heavy loads. Works great.
