Still working on mine. Removed dash, wiped down wiring and everything that was underneath the dash, Used Rust Bullet on some of the mounting plates, painted the dash, replaced the master cylinder, and now working on the left front with new brake shoes and wheel cylinder. I get only little bits of time to work on it and those infrequently.

Good to hear from you guys, My NEV cart is in good shape for the last 9 years only replaced one set of batteries that had 6 years on them [from orig owner] have 5 years on the present batteries. only use the cart in the winter when I am in sun city. summer its in the garage with a timer to trickle charge for a short time about every 14 days. been doing this for 5 years now with out any battery problems.
I do need to revitalize the maroon pant because of fading, maybe that's this winters job.

I worked on my old Bomb off and on over the past winter and spring and have had a lot of fun driving it around this summer. I wrote up a little summary of the work that I performed, but probably too much for a post on this forum, so
I'm going to try to attach it as a PDF (couldn't seem to get it to upload as a Word.docx
Attached Files
File Type: pdf My 1997 Bomb.pdf (3.21 MB, 0 views)

Guys, my Bomb was running fine until brakes were low. Once the brakes stop working completely, it won't turn on. Is that a safety issue that won't let it move if the breaks are not working properly? I'm hoping it's low in break fluid and that's why it doesn't want to go...
