Pargo Identification
Hello all-
First, thanks for allowing me to join. I have been reading all the information here as a guest for some time. You folks sure know your buggies. Second, the owner of the company I work for has tasked me with restoring his buggy. I am trying to run down all the information I can on it. Any help is appreciated. There is a green and silver oval tag that reads: Columbia Car Corp Charlotte NC. Serial Number 470879 No model number is given. This is what I know: It is a 3 wheeler It has leaf springs It has 7 solenoids The motor is not original but it is a Baldor 18volt 44 amp motor It obviously has 3 batteries The floorboard is an open floor with no front bulkhead, just the steering stem sticking up out of the floor. It is yellow with a black seat and has a "bed" on the back. Looks like maybe the seat was supposed to fold down and make a rear facing passenger seat at one time. (guessing) I have attached some pics that may help. Thanks everyone- I appreciate you folks. Mike |

Re: Pargo Identification
Vintage golf carts was my best source for history and some info on Pargo. How far have you gone on the cart?
