Default Taylor-Dunn charger recepticle

I have a Talor-Dunn 36 volt cart with a crows foot charge recepticle. The recepticle does not have a reed switch in it but instead a disconnect button in the middle between the two blades. When you push the charge cord into the recepticle the plug depresses the button and prevents the cart from operating much like the reed switch. My problem is I need a new recepticle but cannot locate the correct recepticle with the disconnect button. Anyone have a part number or a resource for one?

Ha Ha I did and there lies the problem my age limits my memory and I drove off with the charger attached so for my feeble mind it's best if I replace it. LOL
