Smile Club Car Project Started - Check Out

I've officially start it yesterday, but didn't record the first start-up but I hope to get the first drive. Thats later thought cause I still need the Airbox and Air Hose. I have the rear body with choke installed, and everything works fine. So, I video recorded the engine starting and running also giving it some gas. How fast do the Club Car go like 20MPH?

Not quite 20 without some adjustments. The factory label atop the air breather box reads: " Governor is factory adjusted for 12-14 mph max. Do not tamper with adjustment. To do so: 1) will void the warranty; 2) may result in damage to the engine or components; 3) could result in severe personal injury.

If you read the thread in Club Car gas about speeding up your Club Car, you can learn how to make it faster.

Oh, and the video is a no-go.

Edited:

The last video was an AVI that was slower, lower quality, and loads bad on video players.

I've converted the AVI to WMV, that is great quality and normal speed and great sound quality.

Sounds great! It should be a pretty strong-running cart once you get it back together.
