 You gonna put a predator in your cart Boke???? I don't know why Geoff is not jumping on it, maybe too busy, maybe rather sell his own clones because he can't get twins direct yet? Maybe this summer I can get to finding another cart to buy and get into a build. Rev kit can't be hard to do on one. I just don't see carts around here I am interested in, at the times I have time to look lol  Motor plate is nice to have because its adjustable, but really my mount was the easy part. Even when I changed clutches I pulled the motor in 15 min and marked it, drilled new holes, had in back in and didn't really take that long. Its the only time I messed with it. I also run on the stock mounts but did make a new solid tension cable bolt. I could have a mount made but its hardly worth the trouble to engineer it all when I have had no problem with the plain bars I welded into this one. Just a couple bars of flat stock. Only issue I could have is the twin is bigger and may need to be dropped more than this clone, I didn't lower this one much only the front there is no room to lower the rear. Then its possible I'd have to move it forward and use a different belt and change the gen mount. Though I think I'd toss that whole carb setup soon as I could and net a lot more vertical space. I'll see what issues I have with my back yard intake setup, it could easily be adapted to a twin. |

Playing around on youtube today and seen someone replaced a 670 honda with the 22 hp predator in his "el diablo " carpet cleaning machine.Claims it runs smoother and more powerful than the honda.Also there is a lot of guys putting then in old lawn tractors mainly old cub cadets.

I want a punsun diesel for my mower lol, screw the gas. Its got an onan 20 in it I put in new that runs nice but diesel are far more economical in a mower. I considered putting a clone in the cub I have but the kohler keeps on running and I only use it to till so far.
