Default 94 club car about to order big block

I've been lurking around awhile but I'm about to finally order my big block from cpp. Started with stock then a friend sold me a duromax 16 he ran for awhile and now I'm done working on that engine and am going to order a 23 with the Rev kit from Tom. The only thing I may have issues with I have been browsing and reading up on the kit is my car no longer has anything in it governor wise. Currently the throttle goes straight from the black box to the engine. What are suggestions there?
Attached a few pics of the cart to since I'm new. Was bought bone stock and got large and expensive within the first week haha

No problem, just get a tach. Equus makes a nice one, Tom can sell you that too. Keep it under 5000 rpm to be safe, although with a rev kit they can rev higher.

OK was just under the impression that he liked to see them still in the cart. I might not always be the one driving so maybe something I'll have to fix in the future

You won't be disappointed! I have no governor on my new 23 hp. With the rev kit installed you should be fine. Tom at CPP knows whats up!

I have a few questions if anyone could give answers so I can get a step ahead. Scheduled delivery tomorrow old engine is already out. Do I need stock mounts? As far as wiring also what all should or can I yank out today. Also tach came today so that's in place waiting for its official wiring. Thanks in advance for any help! Also which size bolt I need for secondary so I have that waiting too. Get off work at one. Plan to be out before dark :)
