The only thing that I see is the center bolt that holds the driven clutch on is poking through a hole in the white plastic dust cover.

The bolt shouldn't be sticking out like that.
That hole shouldn't be there.
The dust cover isn't really needed. Mine exploded into pieces, and I have seen plenty of pictures on here without it.

Usually have to fight to get them off. The bolt that holds it on is still there just thread it back in and tighten it up.

Oh wow so the entire driven clutch is trying to escape, I had that happen to mine a few years ago. Never did find the bolt either.......

Like said above, simply slide it back on the spline and tighten up the bolt. Since your governor is removed (good), that big white plastic cup isn't needed and it's broken anyway so you can remove it too if desired. I've seen some peeps leave it on just for a dust cover, but yours has a big hole in it

Thanks everyone for the input! This page is awesome. I really appreciate the help. I will definitely remove the white cap. This thing has been a definite learning curve

That doesn't look right at all. I think that sleeve is part of the clutch. It should just be a regular bolt that threads into the splined shaft of the rear end. Is that sleeve stuck to the bolt? Can you see the splined pinion? Are the threads broken off of that bolt, and stuck in the splined shaft? Your bolt is between items 2, and 7 in the pdf.

The bolt it threaded through it. It reminds me of that old setup in peddle bike handle bars that you tighten the bolt and it slides on eachother to tighten. I figured it wasnt right. Do i have to take the motor out to get the clutch off?
