96 Club Car Regen 1 with Power Drive Plus
Replaced the controller on my 96 CC with a GE 300 amp controller made to replace the GE that was on it. Golf Cart now runs , but has very little power. Batteries check out OK. How can I check the speed control input (accelerator). to see if I am getting the proper signal to the controller.

Re: 96 Club Car Regen 1 with Power Drive Plus
check and see if that single resistor coil behind the batts is heating up pretty good if so change that solenoid......thats for the reagan braking and they go bad and give you that dead cart feeling.......takes forever to pull out things like that...........................................

Re: 96 Club Car Regen 1 with Power Drive Plus
Thanks: Received a wiring diagram that shows whgen replacing the controller you need to remove the resistor and wire straight from the controller to the motor the a-2 lead. Going to try that and see what happens..Later
