Let the zone cart mods begin
Well, have the Zone cart here in the garage now, plan to start modding the thing here over the next few months. (Takes me a while since I have active kids and lots of other things going on)
We have been having fun with it this year. We get asked about it about every time we take it out. I try not to mention it only cost me $100 + tax and delivery charge. I didn't get the more deluxe version with some of these features because I knew I could do them myself better and for less money. Some of the mods I plan - and if you have suggestions please let me know!

GADGET. No matter what cart you own, a picture like you attached is worth the money. Smiles = priceless.

I agree. Gotta like smiling faces! Very cute family you have there.

Hey gaget-guy, great pic. How did you decrease the volume of the reverse beep? I'd like to do that too.

If it is a standard buzzer with a hole in it where the noise comes out? Just insert a little foam ear plug and cover with a piece of tape to assure it doesn't fall out. That will muffle it but you can still hear it enough to know when the cart is in reverse.

Re: Let the zone cart mods begin
I plan on installing the 6" lift and 22" tires, does anybody have any idea on how to increase torque or possibly I will change the gears in the rear. Does anybody have any idea what type of rear is in these machines?
Thanks |
