Well I put the new carburetor on and it ran a lot better but it is still not right.

Choke has to be partially on for it to run and it still does not pull very hard but does go up a hill easier.

The new carb has gas running out of the overflow hose slightly.

Whats the best way to get the old seals out and new ones in? I have a seal puller

Got the engine out right now.

Can't get the nut off that holds the fan assembly on. Been smacking at it with a hammer for 10 minutes.

Also can't get the primary inner pulley off the crankshaft.

Contemplating a motor swap and go cart axle...

Motor is currently torn down to where the seals can be replaced. Thanks to my Uncle and a propane torch. That fan holder 32mm nut (size not exact) was stuck on there. Used the rope trick to jam the piston.

I got the rubber seal out now and have to drill a hole in the metal one for the fan to get it out. To dark outside now.

Will update as I reinstall the motor.

The motor is reinstalled with new crank seals and its still running the same as before. Sputtering and wont move a load well. New carb too.

Going to part this stupid cart out if anyone needs stuff. I'm done with it.

Just make sure the air filter is clean if it's to rich. If it's lean try turning it. 3/4 of a turn I believe. Or check for holes in the intake. IS IT RUNNING RICH OR LEAN?
