g19e doesn't move
I have an interesting one. My son was riding on our 1997 g19e golf cart with -4- others, long ride up 15 deg road. Cart slowed and stopped, so he lifted seat and low and behold, one of the terminals had melted! We towed it home, in tow mode, and I did a repair to the terminal to check if it was ok. At that point, after checking battery voltage (4, the cart would move. As it was the 4th, I left it till the next day to do a more permanent repair.
When I came back out to work on it yesterday, it would not move, and no "click" when you switch from Tow to Run. Did a more permanent repair on the cable, also put on new cable just because. Hooked up charger, as the batterys were down to 8v, system at 48v. Charged complete, no errors on charger, system at 52-53v but still no movement, or even "click" when Tow/Run switch moved. Any guidance would be appreciated!! |

Re: g19e doesn't move
Try this, in this order.. 1- tow switch off. 2-disconnect batteries. 3-wait 10 min. 4- reconnect batteries. 5- turn tow switch on
